Inessence Dance Company directors Bryon Stroud and Sammantha Arias first joined forces in 2012.

Now, their once-small group of local bachata dancers has expanded to become an organization of 100+ across the Bay Area and Sacramento. Inessence provides dance lessons,dance events,dance teams, and entertainment.

Looking for dancers to perform or teach at your next corporate or social event? Inessence has performed at local corporate parties, organized and executed flash mobs, and participated as entertainment talent at weddings and quinciñeras. Our directors are also available for wedding or event choreography for couples and groups. Also available ONLINE

bACHATA & SALSA lESSONs 2024

All Classes will be held at Danzhaus Dance Center in San Francisco with top experienced instructors . Monthly discounted class packages available.

Students find our classes helpful for learning material they can use on the social dance floor. All levels are welcome, and partners are not required. 

Weekly Schedule

Mondays 8-9pm: Beginner Bachata Class with Bryon & partner (upstairs studio)

Tuesdays 7-8pm: Intermediate Bachata Class with Bryon & Sammantha

Wednesdays 8-9pm: Salsa Class with Jorge & Alyshia Lu (upstairs studio)
